Empower Girls and Women of Zimbabwe (EGWAZ)

Our Vision

EGWAZ is a non-profit organization founded by Wadzanai Mungwari, Prudence Mbaura, and Nokutenda Mhlanga. We are committed to empowering girls and women in Zimbabwe through education, economic empowerment, and advocacy. Our mission is to create opportunities, prevent gender-based violence, and promote gender equality in all communities, especially rural and marginalized areas.

Through a holistic, community-based approach, we provide skills training, business support, and advocacy for policy reforms that protect and uplift women and girls.
